Christmas Day, Part Two
Here's a video of me opening the gift. For some reason there was an error when mom tried to upload it earlier.
Christmas Day
I'm still tired from yesterdays event so I'll make this update short and sweet. Auntie M and Uncle R hosted our annual Christmas celebration this year and they live a bit far from us. I love car rides so I didn't mind the two hour trip. I saw my aunties, uncles, cousins and grandma. We had a nice time catching up and exchanging of gifts.
I have more relatives but they are far away and it would take me a plane ride to see them. Just so you know, we're always thinking of you.
Here I am opening my presents from Santa. I got another ball and chewie (Dad forgot to take photos of my toys)

All these opening of gifts and playing with my cousins is making me tired and sleepy. It's time for my nap.

Hello and welcome to my blog!
Hello! I'd like to reach out to our relatives and friends especially those who are far away, like oceans away. Some of you may have heard that Mom and Dad have a furry kid and have seen my picture when you get our Christmas card but that's about it, huh? Hopefully, with this blog we can keep in touch and it will give you a glimpse of what I've been up to. I might include mom and dad occasionally but this is mostly just about me. For those of you who have no idea of who I am, I'm Meeka and I just turned six years old last October. For my birthday, I asked mom if I could have a blog and after much thought she said yes.
Life is so good for me that I have my own personal assistant, nurse and typist AKA Mom and a chauffeur and photographer AKA Dad. Mom sets up all my appointments to the vet and groomer and all I have to do is show up. Mom buys my food, takes me out for a walk every day, gives me a bath, and when I'm sick she takes care of me. Dad drives me to almost all my appointments, meet-ups, and takes care of me too when I'm sick. He loves to take my photo even when I'm sleeping. Most of the photos you'll see on my blog will be dad's photos with a few taken by mom.
Since you missed my sixth birthday, I'd like to share a few photos taken during my special day. I didn't have a party, it was just the three of us. Mom baked a banana cupcake with fat free yogurt as the icing topped with crushed doggie cookies and it was yummy.
Enjoying the cupcake
Just me, Meeka
